Job Title: Sales Acquisitions
Location: London, Holborn (Office-Based)
Salary: £14-£18 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full Time: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability (up to 2 Saturdays per month)

We are looking for a Sales Acquisitions expert to help elevate my clients renowned aesthetic treatments and services. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact as part of a well-established, forward-thinking business in the aesthetics industry.
Role Overview
As Sales Acquisitions, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential and existing clients, guiding them through their aesthetic journey, and helping them achieve their beauty goals. Your consultative approach to sales will ensure you meet both individual and team sales targets while contributing to the clinic’s overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering expert advice on a diverse range of treatments.
* Conduct personalized consultations to understand client goals and recommend tailored solutions.
* Drive sales by communicating the value and benefits of treatments in a compelling and clear manner.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall clinic revenue growth.
* Stay on top of industry trends, treatments, and competitor offerings to spot new opportunities.
* Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to create seamless, exceptional experiences for every client.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales, client advisory, or a similar role, ideally within aesthetics, beauty, or wellness.
* A consultative, empathetic approach to sales with excellent communication skills.
* A results-driven mindset, with a track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
* Passion and knowledge for the beauty, wellness, and non-surgical aesthetic industries.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales management tools.
* A team player who thrives in a client-focused, dynamic setting.

Experience:
* 1+ year in Phone Sales (required)
* 1+ year in the Beauty industry (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* NVQ Level 2 or above in Beauty Therapy (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
* Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
