Sales Director
We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Director who can bring with them their bredth of sales knowledge and the ability to contribute towards company growth. This role has the potential to progress into a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with a seat on our board and involvement in key business decisions.
Location: Remote in the UK ideally but happy to be flexible and accomodate global time zones for the right candidate.
Compensation: Initially a generous comission only model, giving you complete control over your earnings from day 1. Progressing to include equity in the company for the right candidate.
The Future: We'd like the person we bring in at this early stage to be with us for the long run. That person will transition into a full time employee and equity partner where you can lead, build and hire your own sales team. This is a flexible role and the amount of hours you dedicate towards it each week are up to you. The more new clients you bring in the quicker you can progress towards becoming an equity partner.

We are able to support brands across the UK and globe who need English as a first language customer support. This is a huge market with high growth potential for us.
Your Mission:
Business Development: Taking lead and complete ownership on securing new clients for Ticket Buddiez.
Lead Generation: Get hands on with prospecting, generating leads and taking full ownership of our lead gen strategy.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company and eventually your own sales team.
Leadership Growth: As we grow you will have full autonomy in building, training and leading a high performing sales team.
