Your new company
My client, a successful national organisation, is looking to recruit a Collections Administrator to join their business on a permanent basis due to growth. Based in their Burton Office, you will be a part of a small bubbly team.
Your new role
Working as a part of a team, you will undertake the following tasks - training will be provided:
1. Collection of overdue accounts as agreed with the Collections Supervisor/Manager.
2. Correspond daily with customers both verbally and in writing.
3. Advise and regularly update relevant staff of any significant collections case and its progress.
4. Reschedule customer agreements when appropriate and agreed.
5. Liaise with insurance companies, repossession agents, legal representation, and Insolvency Practitioners.
6. Ensure that all compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

4. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
5. Ability to adapt to working styles depending on customers and situations.
6. Proactive mindset and strong initiative.
7. Highly numerate with strong analytical ability.
