Legal Office Assistant – Full Time
You will be joining a boutique firm of solicitors and estate agents located in Edinburgh, providing general legal administrative support to small, friendly team. You'll carry out an interesting variety of tasks and have the opportunity to improve your legal knowledge and contribute to the success of a growing business. This is an entry level position and training will be provided.
Tasks (including but not limited to):
-General administration (filing, scanning, printing, PDF conversions)
-File and document management
-Arranging appointments
-Drafting correspondence
-Answering the telephone
-Greeting clients and visitors
-Helping with ad-hoc projects when required

-Positive work ethic
-Previous experience in legal administration or office administration would be beneficial
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office would be beneficial
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
