Our client, a leading global facilities management and food service provider, is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to be responsible for the leadership and management of the Q&C function across its largest EMEA account covering multiple countries. As Quality & Compliance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance at all times by taking full ownership of all quality matters, including change controls, documentation, deviations, and customer complaints.
Further responsibilities will include;
* Developing and implementing Quality and Compliance programs across the EMEA region,
* Providing ongoing support and training to ensure adherence to best practices, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement
* Supporting global initiatives by partnering with adjoining business units to conduct audits, offer training input, and drive GxP-compliant investigations
* Participating and delivering new site mobilization by supporting project teams in the smooth delivery with a focus on quality and compliance from day one.
* Ensuring quality due diligence at all times, preparing reports, highlighting quality and compliance concerns, and delivering insights through regular reports to regional management teams.
* Overseeing the electronic Quality Management System (QMS) for the client, ensuring full compliance with the business quality standards.
Key experience includes;
* Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences: Solid background in quality, laboratory, or facilities management, particularly in a regulated (GxP) environment.
* Strong Auditing & Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of GxP standards to ensure patient safety and product quality.
* Excellent Communication Skills & Key Stakeholder Management exposure
* Analytical Expertise: Ability to analyze complex data, identify implications, and offer viable solutions to quality-related challenges.
* B2B Outsourcing Experience: Proven track record in successfully navigating large, complex organizations, especially in an outsourced B2B environment.
* Fluency in English: Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and clients.
This is a remote based role, travel will be required and the candidate can be based in either Ireland, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy or Spain.
