The Role
We are looking for an adaptable and self-motivated individual to join our busy team, providing administrative and clerical support to all sections at Williamson Park.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our dedicated team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy atmosphere and works well under pressure.
Tasks will include:
1. Taking calls and enquiries on behalf of the service
2. Using Microsoft Office
3. Processing orders, invoices, and accounts
4. Processing of wages and timesheets
5. Data collection
6. Maintaining the service’s electronic and manual systems
You should have some experience of working in an office environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must have good numeracy and literacy skills, and have proven ICT skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and work effectively as part of the team in a frequently changing working environment.
You should possess GCSEs, grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent) and have word and excel qualifications.
This post is permanent. The hours of work for this position are 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, and some bank holiday and weekend working may be required on occasion. You will be based at Williamson Park, Lancaster.
