Robert Half is excited to be partnering with a dynamic and rapidly expanding business to find an Accounts Assistant to support their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record and analyse sales data, ensuring senior management has real-time insights into performance.
* Verify sales data and income transactions
* Maintain CRM systems and provide crucial data to the sales team and management.
* Assist with supplier invoice processing and payment runs, ensuring timely supplier payments.
* Support internal expense processes, review submitted expenses.
* Review aged debtors and assist with collections as needed.
* Contribute to the improvement of internal finance processes and controls.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in sales data analysis and financial reporting.
* Familiarity with financial software and CRM systems (Xero experience preferred).
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
* Experience in a professional finance department in the private sector would be desirable.
