As part of our aim to attract and develop a workforce for the future, we are currently recruiting for Customer Services Apprentices (full time only) who will join our busy and established customer services team.
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will support our advisors in providing an all-round service to the Borough’s residents, whilst learning the key skills and gaining practical experience. What’s important is your commitment to delivering a key customer service experience and a willingness to learn about our range of services.
You will need to have effective communication skills and the ability to use basic computer software packages. In return, we will provide on-the-job training and successful candidates will be required to undertake a level 3 Business Administration qualification. This apprentice role is offered on a temporary contract for 18 months, during which time you will gain the knowledge and experience needed to complete the qualification and increase your career prospects in the customer services sector or a local authority setting.
