Infinigate Cloud are seeking an exceptional Marketing Administrator to join their close-knit team based in Fareham. This fast-paced role is primarily focused on supporting the day-to-day initiatives of the marketing team. Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist the Marketing team in the distribution of marketing activities, and initiatives, in-line with the marketing strategy and wider business plans.
• Support the marketing team with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
• Assist the Partner Marketing Manager with the scheduling of all marketing automation related admin and take ownership of scheduling emails and campaigns using marketing automation tools.
• Support the GROW Marketing Program Manager in adding, managing and maintaining up to date marketing content and campaigns in the Partner Marketing Portal.
• Use project management tools to organise marketing tasks and campaigns calendar.
• Assist in the development of the editorial and social media calendar, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collate data and generate regular reports, providing metrics on campaigns and programs' performance to drive marketing decisions.
• Manage the intake and distribution of leads to the relevant sales and business development owners.
• Support the delivery of marketing programs and tools that facilitate the recruitment of new resellers.
• Observe and protect the company's brand and associated assets including the management of marketing collateral.
• Assist with the maintenance of the internal customer relationship management system.
• Support the Marketing team with the planning and execution of internal and external events.
• Take ownership of marketing administration to support the team.
• Manage marketing purchase orders and maintain relationships with marketing suppliers.
• Support the marketing team with the administration of vendor Coop and MDF fund claims, including collecting Proof of Performance and Proof of Execution, submitting the claims, and managing the funds and costs reconciliation.
General Skills
• Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience.
• (Desirable) IT and/or Channel Marketing Experience – minimum of 1 year.
• Experience with WordPress, Marketing Automation and CRMs.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks on time and within budget.
• A willingness to embrace new technologies and ways of working, with a growth mindset and passion for learning.
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve individual and company objectives.
