Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Processing deliveries, courier orders, delivery notes for drivers
2. Liaising with customers and drivers to ensure efficient delivery processes
3. Obtaining driver ETAs
4. Liaising with relevant departments and informing them of any issues.
5. Assisting transport planners with routing of truck
6. Keeping sales up to date
7. Maintaining strong relationships with all departments
Skills & Experience Required:

10. Excellent communication skills
11. Previous office-based experience
