At a glance: · Salary range - The Partnership salary range for this role is set at £33,800 - £51,000 · This position is Permanent · Working pattern/flexible working - This is a blended working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the London Head Office. However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises. · Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico. Please note, any cost incurred as a result of travel to the office is the responsibility of the successful candidate. There is no travel allowance for this role. There is also a responsibility to visit our John Lewis/Waitrose branches / Suppliers / Trade Shows when necessary. You will be able to claim travel expenses for these journeys. About the role At the John Lewis Partnership we have created a successful Insights and Media offering. However, as the Retail Media industry is in growth, we are also looking to significantly grow our offering. Creating Insight & Media propositions which create WIN-WIN-WIN outcomes: (i) more engaging experiences for Customers, (ii) growth for JLP, and (iii) growth for suppliers. To deliver against this ambition, we need to accelerate our Retail Media maturity and curate and develop a market-leading, impactful and differentiated portfolio of propositions across the JLP portfolio, that drive value and deliver against the brand and trade objectives of our Supplier partners. The purpose of this role is to support the work of our Proposition Development & Strategy team to help define, create and deliver our Retail Media value propositions, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Commercial, Data and Product to help deliver the roadmap that will evolve our capability to meet the Partnership growth ambitions. Key Responsibilities, What will you be doing? · Support delivery and scoping of work for an agreed channel or group of Retail Media Value proposition(s) across JLP · Help maintain the backlog of work and opportunities to be prioritised and scoped for an agreed channel or group of Retail Media Value proposition(s) across JLP · Support delivery of the capability roadmap for evolving these propositions over time and work collaboratively across the business to ensure delivery of agreed milestones · Support the work to define the end-to-end process and RACI of activating the proposition ensuring efficient delivery of capability · Support the work on creating and maintaining Media collateral to take to the propositions to market · Support work to help train Sales teams to understand the Value Proposition and how to position this to our Supplier Partners · Create reports on the success of the proposition that will be shared regularly within the business, helping to support on identifying opportunities to optimise and increase performance · Support work in the RFI/RFP process for any third-party vendor capability requirements needed to support proposition evolution · Act in accordance with the Partnership’s purpose and democratic principles, constructively participating in co-ownership, and demonstrating to customers and each other that it is a better way of doing business.
