Contact Centre – Customer Support Advisor
KFF – Site based Aylesford

* 37.5 hrs per week
* 8-hour shifts with 30-minute unpaid break (Current operating hours 08:30 – 18:00)
* Any 5 from 7 days (working weekends on rota basis)

Role Overview
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers. You will be the first point of contact to assist with orders or customer queries via phone, email, and web chat.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
* Process all orders accurately and fulfill customer requirements.
* Achieve set sales and service KPIs in line with KFF requirements.
* Develop and maintain an understanding of the department structure and its impact across the business.
* Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, problem solving, and fulfilling commitments.
* Understand the expectations and requirements of your allocated customers.
* Act as the first point for customer issues, investigate thoroughly, and involve relevant parties to resolve issues promptly.
* Take ownership of customer queries, update systems accordingly, and liaise with other departments as needed.
* Handle customer comments, complaints, and correspondence in accordance with KFF's procedures and specific requirements.
Key Attributes
* Previous experience in an office or customer service environment.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Sales experience.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Confident problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Self-motivated with a desire to exceed standards.
* PC literate.
