Our client, based in Exeter, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team. The company is looking for individuals who align with its core values, show deep care, embrace innovation, strive for excellence, prioritize the customer, be friendly, and celebrate individuality.
This role offers hybrid working, Monday – Friday.
Customer Service Manager responsibilities include:
* Provide regular reporting to the Senior Leadership Team
* Management of the customer service team
* Organise and lead presentations to all stakeholders
* Take responsibility for continually improving processes and customer experience
Customer Service Manager requirements include:
* Previous experience in a similar Senior Customer Service role
* Operational experience in dynamic and rapidly evolving business environments
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Confidence in presenting information to a variety of audiences
* Excellent customer relationship skills
* Previous experience of managing and developing a small team
