There's so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we're looking for an IT Project Manager ideally with previous experience in FMCG/ Supply Chain to join our Digital & Technology team About the role This role has responsibility for leading project teams across multiple functional areas through the definition and delivery of digitally enabled business change projects. These projects are normally high risk, high profile and high impact - so high job satisfaction once complete As one of our Project Managers, you'll be responsible for delivering these projects against business objectives, on time and within budget and be an active champion of HEINEKEN project management frameworks & methodologies and contribute to process improvement initiatives. One of the immediate focuses for this role would be managing a fully integrated and complex Warehouse Management System project, previous experience within a similar FMCG/Supply Chain environment would be beneficial but not essential to this role. So, what will you be doing? Here's some of the key accountabilities. Manage all aspects of projects to ensure they're in line with business requirements. Manage the delivery of projects through the expert application of the HEINEKEN project framework and other industry best practices, establishing clear measures of success. Provide leadership and manage project team(s) consisting of both internal and external resources. Monitor and manage project performance, manage day-to-day project activities, and lead project management team meetings. Who we're looking for We're looking for an ambitious and organised IT Project Manager with previous experience leading several full project delivery cycles. You'll need to be an excellent communicator and able to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels, both internal, external and globally. Most importantly, you need to be eager to learn There are always new ways of doing things, we'd like you to be curious and passionate about bringing the outside in. If you have; Previous experience of implementing Digital & Technology Projects in a complex environment is essential. Experience in leading medium to large multi-disciplinary teams. Fantastic stakeholder management - managing internal, 3rd party and global colleagues. Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and influencing skills to achieve win-win outcomes. A proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a structured and objective manner. Capable of managing multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodology. Experience of working in a Manufacturing or wider Supply Chain environment is desirable. Then this could be the role for you Our ways of working Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You'll spend Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the office and can work from home on Mondays and Fridays, although but you're more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
