Are you an experienced Commercial & Contract Manager? As a Senior Commercial & Contract Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial and contract management strategies for a portfolio of spend, aligning them with the strategic aims and objectives of our client. You will provide professional advice on technical commercial matters to senior stakeholders and ensure compliance with budget strategies, regulations, and procurement legislation.
Lead and manage complex and strategic force procurement projects to meet customer requirements and timelines.
Manage strategic business critical contracts and establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers to share risks and benefits.
Identify collaborative opportunities for regional and national projects for increased efficiency and savings.
Work closely with customers and contract managers to ensure contract performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Manage the performance of direct and indirect reports.
Previous experience in managing high-value category management and procurement efficiencies.
Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Diploma & full corporate membership (MCIPS) Level 6 Graduate Diploma.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex procurement projects.
