Secondary ECT Teacher - Person Specification
* UK QTS certificate (Essential)
* Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum
* Strong academic background e.g. A-Levels
* Approachable and passionate person
* Comfortable with IT and technology
* Excellent observations during PGCE or Teacher Training
* £100 joining bonus after working 10 days with us
Your responsibilities will involve creating engaging lesson plans, leading one-on-one activities, and adhering to school policies on behaviour management.
All candidates who register with Aspire People will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed and must be on the update service.
We also offer a referral bonus of up to £250 for recommendations of candidates suitable for any of the roles we are recruiting for.
