Job Description
Responsible for overall cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas during the shift.
Follow up on tasks assigned by the head of the department.
Maintain department files and records.
Greet, welcome & provide assistance to hotel guests and visitors.
Suggest suitable training for the Housekeeping team.
Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
Protect assets and equipment from misuse.
Ensure all team members in Housekeeping are carrying out their tasks to a high level of standards.
Work closely with the Engineering department to resolve maintenance tasks in guest rooms and public areas and prioritize tasks.
