Role Details As the first line of support for our Italy, Greek and Malta based colleagues, you’ll have to be on the ball. Providing IT Support over phone, webchat and self-service. Delivering first-time fixes across a variety of applications and technologies requires aptitude. It’s a busy team that demands a ‘can-do’ attitude to problem solving. The ability to take ownership and manage a problem to its successful resolution will be key. You’ll need to use your initiative and be flexible in your approach in order to professionally and efficiently deliver the results your colleagues need. Key Skills Bi-lingual, able to speak English and Italian fluently Ability and knowhow to provide IT Support over phone, webchat and through self-service An aptitude to deliver first-time fixes across a variety of applications and technologies Problem solving Excellent customer service skills Desired Experience To be considered for this position, you’ll ideally have experience in a service desk role, dealing with volume calls and enquiries A working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 in a corporate and IT service desk environments would be advantageous You should also be a team player with a calm and courteous manner and confident you can communicate well professionally at all times IR35 As a means of managing tax, commercial and reputational risks, Deloitte prohibits the use of Associates through Personal Service Companies (‘PSCs’).
