What you’ll achieve
The Global Account Executive is responsible for one or more dedicated Key Accounts from the DTS EMEA WSG customer base in the UK and for planning and developing an overall global account sales strategy. Furthermore, this role serves as a lead to the global account team and manages a virtual team in all world-wide Dell Technologies and customer locations. Further tasks are:
You will:
· Maintaining account presence by providing a high value-added working relationship with senior customer personnel
· Identifying short and long-term sales opportunities (up to and beyond a semiannual cycle). Negotiate global contracts and bring customer requirements and Dell Technologies capabilities together
· Gain share of wallet/spend across Dell Technologies WSG portfolio technology; Clients, Modern Device Management, software, security and managed services
· Maintaining and creating superior relationships with senior level executives and influential stakeholders to sustain a long-term relationship. Manage virtual internal team during entire global RFP’s
· Leveraged to serve as a coach/mentor, provides customer/industry/market insight to internal leaders and cross-functional groups
· Provides insight and thought leadership to senior/CXO leadership to position solutions that will positively impact the Customer’s business. Leads company- to-company relationships to develop competitive advantage

Essential Requirements
· Solid relationship skills to build that trusted advisor persona with the customer.
· Greenfield Acquisition strength, able and willing to open new customers for Dell and build first relationship. Strong track record of selling consultancy services or complex, managed projects and of building complex customer relationships
· Very strong negotiation skills and financial strength. Highly proficient in creating and closing new sales acquisitions
· Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader on Dell Technologies vision, mission, and portfolio
· Relays customer feedback to assist with the future development and selling of Dell Technologies products and services
· Sponsors and institutionalizes new and innovative ways of working in teams to meet customer needs/sales objectives
· Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization
· Expert level professional, complete understanding of Dell Technologies product and services portfolio
· international travel as required
Desirable Requirements
· University level qualification or equivalent
