Morson Group is looking for an Early Careers Advisor to work onsite with one of our long-standing clients, supporting their early careers programmes, including graduate schemes, apprenticeships, internships, and student placements. In this role, you’ll play a key part in attracting, supporting, and developing early career talent, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage and coordinate early career programmes, from recruitment to development
* Support onboarding, training, and career progression initiatives
* Act as a key point of contact for early career employees, providing guidance and mentorship
* Partner with business units to understand talent needs and align hiring strategies
* Build relationships with universities, schools, and training providers to attract top talent
* Promote diversity and inclusion across early careers hiring and development
* Track programme success, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
* Prior experience in early careers, recruitment, HR, or talent development
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with educational institutions or managing external partnerships would be advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for mentoring and supporting young professionals
