A public facing organisation is looking for an experienced senior Internal Communications and Engagement specialist to join their Group team to support across several business units and country regions.

Working with Comms Director to devise a strategy and central framework of internal comms and working with business units to better engage their leadership teams and tailor and land messages for their wider employee groups.
Helping the organisation to align comms, whilst understanding different challenges for individual business, sharing best practice and developing relationships.
Specifically, this person will lead a small central team to: Work with core leadership team on their leadership comms and engagement programmes Engage and develop relationships with top 50 leaders across wider business and their comms counter points in each Lead a channel and content review and improvement to modernise and ensure they are actively engaging their target audiences in the best way to cut through Develop campaign schedule and tool kits Lead on annual engagement survey and events and ensure each business area has data to make their improvement plans Most have led internal comms and engagement in a complex public service organisation in a very commercial setting.
Be able to demonstrate track record as a trusted strategic advisor and influencer in a matrix setting but also happy to roll up sleeves and tactically deliver.
Hybrid working is 2 days on site with regular travel to London and other sites.
