This role is based in Chard, Somerset which offers a semi-rural lifestyle and access within 20 minutes to stunning coastal shorelines, yet has quick links to major towns and cities.
We are looking for an embedded firmware engineer, who has a passion for science and technology, who is willing to research complex and innovative engineering solutions, helping to drive growth and support the development of our exciting future product roadmap.

ABOUT YOU:
• Experience developing embedded firmware for MCU platforms in C without RTOS
• Experience with driver level code
• C# experience an advantage
• GIT/Bitbucket experience an advantage
• Proficiency solving and debugging real world embedded applications.
• Experience working with leading MCU providers ARM, ST, Microchip, TI etc…
• Industrial protocol experience RS232, CAN BUS, I2C, SPI etc….
• Familiarity using schematic diagrams
• Demonstrable experience with lab equipment i.e. scopes, PSU, protocol analysers.
