As an Assistant Project Worker, you will be responsible for key-working individuals, engaging with all residents, and supporting them to develop socially and personally. Your role will involve helping young people achieve their goals, including education, employment, training, and voluntary work placements, and ensuring they have access to the resources and opportunities needed to thrive.
