2nd Line Engineer Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including deployment and configuration.
* Escalate technical issues to 3rd Line, product management, and development.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and clean viruses and malware.
* Mentor support team members and collaborate with internal departments.
* Participate in 24x7 support on a rota basis.
2nd Line Engineer Skills & Experience Required
* 3+ years in technical or product support.
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, with client-server environments and databases.
* BA or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with relevant certifications.
* Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
* Excellent customer service skills and team player.
