Description
Identify and acquire strategic land suitable for residential development.
Lead negotiations with landowners, agents and partners.
Prepare land appraisals and feasibility studies.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Keep abreast of property market trends and legislation changes.
Manage planning applications and appeals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.Profile
A successful Land Manager should have:
A degree in a relevant field such as Property, Construction, Planning or related field.
Proven experience in land acquisition and negotiations.
Strong knowledge of the property and construction industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects.
A comprehensive understanding of planning regulations and policies.Job Offer
A competitive salary of £50,000 - £72,500 per annum.
