Marketing Manager\n\nLocation: You can be based from any office - London, Buckinghamshire, or Hertfordshire (with regular travel across all offices)\nHybrid Working: 60% in the office, 40% from home\nSalary: Up to £65,000\nTeam Management: 1-2 direct reports\n\n An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially aware and creative Marketing Manager to join a dynamic in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives on developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns and driving business development activities. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for audience-driven marketing.\n\n Key Responsibilities: \nImplement brand marketing and business development activities in line with the firm's strategy.
\nLead and develop innovative marketing campaigns that raise awareness and generate leads. \nAdvise senior stakeholders on marketing approaches and strategies. \nWork across marketing and business development teams to embed a culture of audience-focused marketing.
\nManage relationships with external agencies, including graphic designers, videographers, and digital marketing agencies. \nDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns. \nEnsure brand messaging is consistent across all channels.
\nOversee the management of the firm's website, with WordPress experience being a plus. \nDrive business development efforts, including preparing tenders and supporting partners in pitching for new business. \nMonitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and present findings to stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience: \nProven experience in a similar Marketing Manager role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment. \nStrong expertise in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns. \nExperience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution and analysis.
\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nAbility to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with various teams. \nStrong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
\nFamiliarity with CRM systems, AI tools, and website content management (WordPress experience desirable). \nExperience in managing external marketing agencies and third-party suppliers. \nAbility to work flexibly, manage competing priorities, and use initiative to drive marketing activities forward.
Qualifications: \nDegree-level education in Marketing, Business, or a related field. \nCIM qualification or equivalent is desirable. Why Apply?
