Your Impact Will Include: Driving Recruitment Success : Oversee recruitment activities from screening and assessing applicants to onboarding new hires with precision and care. Leading with Inclusion : Develop and implement inclusive interview techniques and champion diversity-focused recruitment initiatives. Engaging Candidates : Act as the primary point of contact, providing a seamless and positive experience for every candidate from first contact to onboarding. Building Our Brand : Promote UK Greetings as an employer of choice through LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and recruitment events. Supporting the Community : Partner with local schools and colleges, to build awareness of career opportunities and create pathways for underrepresented groups to join the workforce. Collaborating Across Teams : Partner with leaders and the People Team to understand and coordinate talent requirements throughout employment and align strategies with business goals. Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage metrics and insights to improve processes. What You Bring to the Table: • A proven track record in recruitment, ideally within an in-house setting, with a solid understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. • Great organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle changing priorities. • A proactive approach, with a passion for communicating across all levels of the business and to delivering exceptional employee experiences. • A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all recruitment practices. Your Key Responsibilities: • Developing effective recruitment strategies aligned with our goals and values. • Collaborate with hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies and design tailored approaches to attract top talent. • Coordinate interview schedules, assist with interviews and support leaders with best practices during the hiring process. • Supporting our talent through smooth onboarding by handling contracts, system updates, and employee documentation throughout their employment. • Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities. • Maintain up-to-date candidate records in our ATS. A nalyse and interpret data into meaningful information and generate recruitment reports to support our goals.
