Job Responsibilities
1. To undertake and report on clinical ultrasound examinations within our Centre for Women's Health obstetric and gynaecology outpatients department to include early pregnancy, routine first second and third trimester obstetric scans and transabdominal and transvaginal pelvic scans.
2. To be able to independently manage an ultrasound list.
3. To work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.

More Detail About the Role
The Women's Health Ultrasound department is staffed by a multidisciplinary team consisting of Midwife Sonographers, Radiographers and Nurse Sonographers. We work closely with the team of fetal medicine and screening specialists to provide a dedicated service for women in our care.
We are looking to recruit a Sonographer with NMC or HCPC registration, who is qualified to post graduate level and is experienced in early pregnancy, obstetric and gynaecology ultrasound.
The applicant must be able to demonstrate experience in performing and reporting ultrasound scans independently. Recent NHS experience would be an advantage.
Working Pattern: 18.75 hours per week, 7.5 hour shifts to cover Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 service.
