Schedule: Monday â Friday 9am to 5pm

Receptionist/Office Administrator Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist clients with a friendly demeanour.
* Manage incoming calls and engage with clients professionally.
* Maintain the appointment diary efficiently.
* Handle incoming and outgoing post effectively.
* Prepare and serve refreshments as needed.
Receptionist/Office Administrator Requirements:
* Previous experience within a similar position
* Demonstrate a clear and professional telephone manner.
* Essential proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outloo
