Applebough Education is working with a, Ofsted-rated "Good" primary school in the Sandwell area, dedicated to delivering a high standard of education while creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and Teaching: Design and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
* Differentiation: Tailor lessons to meet the needs of all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who require additional support.
* Classroom Management: Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment that encourages students to engage in their learning.
* Assessment: Regularly assess student progress, track achievement, and provide constructive feedback to help students reach their full potential.
* Collaboration: Work alongside fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and the SENCo to support all students' academic and emotional development.
* Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on students' progress and well-being.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and a passion for educating children.
* Ability to adapt lessons and teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
