The client is looking for a French speaking EA candidate to support in a 1:1 capacity at senior level in a varied and multifaceted role. The successful EA will be joining a warm and collaborative admin team who take pride in their work, and delivering to high standards. THE ROLE: This role will cover all business and private duties for an UHNW Partner including complex and ever-changing international diary management, travel management, private aviation, and a full suite of business and private duties. There is scope to expand and adapt this role as trust is built, making it an ideal role for a committed, ambitious and well-rounded candidate to flex their organisational skills: Duties will include: Extensive diary management, including last minute changes Complex and ever-changing international travel booking Business and private focused support Working effectively across time zones Some events and project management Out of hours support Shared office management responsibilities REQUIREMENTS: Strong written and spoken French Language skills, excellent communication skills and ability to work at pace with a high degree of accuracy. A flexible nature and in possession of a natural curiosity and resourcefulness as you will often work with little information. Prior experience supporting at senior level is essential.
