We're looking for a HR Project Manager to join our Construction Team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As a HR Project Manager and a key member of the Kier Construction HR team, this role is responsible for managing the execution of multiple people-focused projects within the Construction division. These projects aim to drive continuous improvement and support organisational change. Data analysis and report writing will be essential to enable informed, data-driven decision-making.
Your day to day will include:
1. Collaborate with the Head of HR, HR team, and central project team to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of key cyclical people initiatives, including pay reviews, performance management, system implementations, reward and recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and talent strategies.
2. Have the ability to influence betterment, simplification and efficiencies for project delivery.
3. Support the project management of HR strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects by developing structured plans with clear milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects are properly scoped and proposed.
4. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying challenges, problem-solving, implementing solutions and driving efficiencies.
What are we looking for?
This role of HR Project Manager is great for you if:
1. Relevant experience of using data to inform decisions.
2. Experience in writing analytical lead reports.
3. Strong data skills proficient in use of MS Excel for manipulating and analysis of large datasets i.e., comfortable using a variety of formulae or pivot tables.
4. Knowledge of common HR metrics and KPIs and experience in delivery of HR Management Information.
