Occupational Therapy Team
We’re looking for a dynamic Principal Occupational Therapist to lead and oversee Occupational Therapy across Adult Social Care, working on a number of organisational, professional and project-based developments.
You will promote the OT service and profession, helping us take the lead on the development of Adult Services, as well as Children's OT. You will ensure we are able to meet our key priorities of delivering independence, proportionate support and focused interventions with residents of Solihull.
You will have direct supervisory responsibility for a team of OT Assistant Team Managers, be responsible for ensuring the service is meeting KPIs and take a proactive approach to change.
We are looking for someone who has:
* A professional OT qualification (DIPCOT, BSc or equivalent)
* HCPC Registration
* Proven, demonstrable Social Care OT and management/supervisory experience
* Ability to manage budgets and resources
* Excellent project management skills

Working on a hybrid basis; this role will include a combination of home working and working at least one day per week in the office.
