We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and hardworking individual to join this busy, friendly and dedicated team.
Main duties of the job
You will be supporting our Learning & Development and Health & Safety Teams and other experts to organise and administer our Health & Safety training programmes.
Every day is a learning day for us in L&D so there's plenty of opportunity to grow and develop skills across our scope and expand your knowledge of the wider organisation.

Person specification
Education
* Good Standard numeracy and literacy to GCSE Level or Equivalent
* CIPD Qualification
Experience
* Previous administration Experience within a busy working environment
* Experience of working within a NHS/Public Sector setting
* Experience of working within a L&D and/or Health & Safety setting
* Experience of working with systems such as ESR(OLM)
Skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to converse at ease with customers at all levels
* Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the internet and Email applications
* Ability to prioritise workloads
* Advanced data input and keyboard skills
* Ability to use ESR/OLM systems
Knowledge
* Robust general administration knowledge
* Knowledge of own learning and development requirements
* Knowledge of Learning and Development, Health & Safety, event management & LMS administration
