The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work in line with service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional A£60 per sleep-in.
The organization is an Independent Living service specializing in providing a flexible, client-driven approach to care, health, and inclusion requirements for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.
Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, they help people get the most out of life and their local community. This service, which embraces homecare, accessing local activities, community support, and day services, supports all ages from late teens to elderly people.
