The Role The main elements of this role will include: Overseeing the planning and prioritising of all relevant client work whilst ensuring effective departmental workflow Monitoring work progress and ensuring appropriate levels of communication with all clients and internal stakeholders Monitoring individual and team performance versus original objectives and departmental KPI's Providing regular feedback to all team members on their performance via informal '1:1' meetings and formal appraisals / quarterly reviews Building, developing and maintaining a network of business partners / intermediates to ensure the profile of Armstrong Watson is positive in the marketplace and to generate referral opportunities Please note that we will not be accepting candidates from agency suppliers in connection with this vacancy.
