Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Borehamwood
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5.00pm (30 mins for lunch)
COMPANY PROFILE
Our well-established client, are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their small Customer Services Team.
If you have experience dealing with inbound calls and have a wonderful telephone manner this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong communication skills.
Competent with Microsoft Packages.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well on own initiative.
Previous experience dealing with inbound calls and working in customer service
Excellent customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing customer support via telephone, email, and live chat.
Answering inbound customer calls.
Provide customers with information on the company’s products and services.
Ensure customer information is kept up to date on the system.
Provide support to Customer Service Manager on an Ad-Hoc basis.
