In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre.
In role as a strategic Industrial Key Account Manager you will focus on Winning and Managing large End user customers in the Industrial and Food Manufacturing segment, with a strong lens on extension of our Wiping Solutions to these customers.
You will come with
1. Strong commercial skills including contract negotiation, price and mix management, category extension
2. Data analytics skills
3. Experience working within an Industrial environment and understanding of manufacturing processes.
4. You will have the ability to ‘Matrix Manage’ from C-Suite through production/ procurement leads and down to end user sites within external customers and internally champion your segment.
5. Have an understanding of distributors and the role they play in servicing these key accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
6. Building and executing a clear business plan which focuses on retention, growth and profit through a combination of commercial levers (new customer acquisition, account penetration, pricing, mix management and investment management)
7. You will complete best in class quarterly reviews of business plans with your customers, bringing in your Sales leader.
8. Grow existing Business with category extension/ price and mix management.
9. In conjunction with Marketing, building out a granular list of accounts, working together to win within the wiping category.
Maintain existing businesses with Key End User Accounts by:
10. Utilizing end user marketing insights and prospects to generate opportunities.
11. Engaging targeted end user customers in regular contact to understand their business needs and identify buying behaviour and value drivers to best position current and new products and solutions.
12. Collaborates with counterparts in distributors to initiate / build relationship with the prospective end customers while at the same time driving penetration.
13. Develop in-depth knowledge of the customer's performance and initiates action based on the monthly performance monitoring to ensure tactical plans are impacting sales results.
14. Builds a strong network of relationships within customer accounts to influence decisions at various levels of the customer organizations.
15. Embraces digital technology (video, social media, eCommerce) to identify leads and business opportunities.
