Customer Service Specialist – Renewals Team
Location: The Ink Building, Glasgow | Full-time
Are you an organised, detail-loving team player who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our renewals team and ensure seamless customer experiences!
What You’ll Do:
1. Prepare and process renewal quotes
2. Ensure accurate pricing, terms & conditions
3. Collaborate with sales, finance & customer success teams
4. Follow up on quotes to meet deadlines
5. Maintain customer records in CRM
6. Communicate renewal terms with clients
7. Support reports & data analysis
8. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
What You Bring:
1. Strong attention to detail & accuracy
2. Great communication skills
3. Team player with a proactive mindset
4. Basic sales/finance knowledge (a plus!)
5. CRM experience (Salesforce = bonus!)
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
