Executive Assistant to CEO Location: City of London Salary: £60,000 per annum. Full Time. Hybrid Contract: Permanent As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO’s daily activities, ensuring that they can focus on strategic decision-making and growth initiatives. Your role will involve a blend of traditional administrative support, project coordination, and strategic assistance to keep the executive office running smoothly. You will also serve as a liaison between the CEO, senior management and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication across the company. Executive Assistant Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely communication with all levels of the organisation Meeting Coordination & Preparation: Organise and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking and follow-up actions Project Management: Assist in tracking and managing key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed Research & Reporting: Conduct research, compile data and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the CEO Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, acting as a trusted confidant to the CEO Event Management: Coordinate high-level events, off-site meeting and company conferences Office Operations: Oversee office logistics and assist with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Travel Management: Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 2 years senior level EA experience supporting at C -Suite level preferably in a fast-paced blue chip company or similar industry Skills: Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing business needs. Enthusiastic, flexible and approachable demeanour Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
