As an Insurance Account Executive, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Managing/growing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring retention & satisfaction
• Generating revenue for the business and ensuring a quality service
• Proactively securing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Developing bespoke solutions by working closely with underwriters and insurers
• Providing expert advice on tailored risk management and insurance products
• Conducting policy renewals, mid-term adjustments and claim assistance
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
We’re looking for an Insurance Account Executive with the following skills and experience…
• At least 3 years’ experience as an Insurance Account Executive or similar
• A Cert CII qualification is essential
• Diploma and/or ACII is desirable
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and FCA regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bags of motivation, determination and passion
• Ambitious with the desire to succeed and grow
In return the successful Insurance Account Executive will receive a basic salary of £38,000 to £42,000, plus the following benefits…
