Our client, a niche Wealth Management practice dealing with HNW clients, seeks a skilled Sales Support Administrator to join their team. Your role will be to provide full support to the Client Advisory team who focus on providing specialist Investment, Retirement and Pension advice. Your role will be to work with them to ensure that the client is correctly serviced from initial contact to the completion of business. You will assist in the management of the Consultants diaries and the preparation for meetings. Working with the Technical and Paraplanning staff, you will ensure that the information is complete following the provision of advice and that the relevant documentation has been obtained and that compliance procedures have been followed. You will manage the processing of the business with the relevant organisations and ensure that all parties are kept fully up to date with developments. The successful applicant will be well organised and able to manage a varied workload and priorities. You will have experience of working with Pension and Investment products with knowledge of SIPP and Income Drawdown advantageous. You will have the ability to deal with clients and product providers and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will have passed Financial Services qualification and be keen to further develop your skills and expertise.
