Overview:
To build and develop existing client relationships and maximise business potential.
Skills:
1. Either Sales / customer service or Operations experience.
2. Proven success of handling and calculating RFQs and tender submissions.
3. Experience of negotiating with clients and/or suppliers.
4. Key account management experience with proven success of developing relationships.
5. Experience of calculating KPI reports.
6. Experience of face-to-face client and supplier meetings.
7. Good administrative skills.
8. Good numerical skills.
9. Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
