Summary: Shape user needs to inform Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture, designing high-level and low-level solution designs, integration architecture, and interfaces for client objectives and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee user needs gathering to ensure technical fit.
* Own high-level and low-level solution design of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
* Design solutions with focus on security, accessibility, and performance.
* Design integration architecture and interfaces using Microsoft technology stack.
Requirements:
* Energy and excitement about Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
* Understanding of Microsoft technology stack, including Azure and SharePoint.
* Knowledge of software engineering best practices and Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK.
* Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, ideally using Azure DevOps.
* Agile methodology experience, planning projects and releases in sprints.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Recent Microsoft certifications.
* Flexible attitude, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to translate business and customer needs into a great digital customer experience.
