Job Description:
This is an opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst to join a leading global Fin-Tech firm, utilizing their expertise in technical assistance for foreign currency trading software.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to client issues, ensuring exceptional customer service through clear communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues or system problems
* Perform complex troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks
* Ensure issues are resolved promptly and escalate when necessary
* Track issue status and report to clients
* Deliver exceptional customer service using excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Analyst
* Experience supporting real-time trading systems and FIX protocol, with strong Capital Markets knowledge
* Proficiency in CentOS/REHL (or other *nix) operating systems
* Scripting/coding experience in languages such as Bash or Python
* Strong log investigation and configuration file management skills
* Foreign exchange experience preferred
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on industry standards.
