This role sits within the Risk and Assurance team, reporting to the Risk and Value for Money Officer. You will play an important part in delivering Pobl’s assurance framework by ensuring internal processes are efficient, compliant, and well-documented. Your work will support the organisation in making informed decisions and maintaining high standards in governance, risk management, and health and safety. What skills and experience do you need? We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical individual who enjoys working with data and collaborating with teams. You'll conduct audit testing, support compliance monitoring, and help improve policies and procedures. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication are essential. Experience with Excel, working with confidential information, and an interest in risk management will be beneficial. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for conducting continuous audit testing and summarising findings, assisting in research and reporting to enhance policies and procedures, and supporting the monitoring of audit recommendations and policy compliance. Additionally, you will help ensure effective data management in relation to health and safety, participate in team meetings, training, and personal development opportunities, and contribute to raising awareness of key audit topics such as fraud prevention and risk management.
