About Company & Role An established family run business with over 50 years of expertise in quality building, renovation, and landscaping services are currently expanding their team. This organisation is enjoying considerable growth in the refurbishment sector and currently seeking a Foreman/Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. The Foreman/Contracts Manager responsibility is to check on sites, deliver materials to site, act as a middle contact from site to office and pick up truck and fuel card will be supplied. Mostly out on the road to various sites in Wiltshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire and occasionally in the new yard and office participating in project management. Projects undertaken are mainly property refurbishments that includes: Full property refurbishment Painting & Decorating Plastering & Rendering Kitchen & Bathrooms Carpentry & Joinery Tiling & Flooring General Building & Maintenance Brickwork and Repointing Gardening & Grounds Maintenance Candidate profile: Experienced in a Foreman/Contracts Manager role IT literate Experienced and knowledgeable of various trades including carpentry, brickwork, plastering, tiling and flooring. Flexible and hard working Willing to travel up to 1 hour radius to cover various projects in Wiltshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
