Key Responsibilities:
* Training & Development: Participate in comprehensive onboarding and training sessions to gain knowledge of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
* Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and contributing to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
* Client Support: Work closely with senior team members to support client relationships, providing timely information and addressing inquiries.
* Research & Insights: Conduct research into market trends, financial regulations, and industry news to support decision-making processes.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial services processes.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Investment, Sales) to gain exposure to various aspects of financial services.
* Project Assistance: Provide support on ongoing projects, including administrative tasks, coordination, and documentation.
Requirements:
* Educational Background: A recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
* Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large sets of data, identify patterns, and present findings clearly and concisely.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to non-specialists.
