We are currently looking for an experienced Tenancy Accounts Administrator to join our support hub based in Bristol.
This challenging role deals with both internal and external customers and is an integral part of the lettings process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Control of our Clients Accounts ensuring funds are allocated in a timely manner and resolving the issues associated with unallocated monies.
2. Communication with landlords and tenants, keeping them up to date with progress reports and managing expectations.
3. Chase and collection of rent arrears in accordance with SLA. Provision of quality information to the business and to the customer regarding client accounts and statements.
4. Timely and efficient handling of refunds, terminations, deposit releases, and compliance with current legislation (RICS, ARLA) Data and records maintenance.
Experience and Skills Required:
1. Excellent customer service skills and experience in an accounts environment would be an advantage.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to prioritise your workload in order of urgency.
4. Good IT skills are required.
