Tasks
You’ll be working closely with the Head of Digital Growth and Product, you’ll lead and activate marketing initiatives in order to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and ultimately revenue. You’ll have the support of a content creator and performance marketing analyst. You’ll be leading efforts across email campaigns, social media, affiliates and content with some input into performance marketing.
Requirements
First and foremost you must already be an experienced marketing manager, it's crucial you have experience marketing to individuals rather than B2B, ideally including eCommerce and/or fitness.
We’re open-minded about the exact mix of marketing experience you bring but you’ll need strong CRM and email marketing skills.
You’ll need to be naturally data-driven and comfortable doing data analysis.
You’ll also need to be creative and have examples of innovative marketing initiatives that have been successful in past positions.
There will be lots of projects happening at once so you’ll need to be well-organised and build repeatable/automated processes where possible.
